2022 Vendor Registration

This year the cost is $200 for a 6 ft. table. Additional tables are $150 each. Vendors will receive 2 badges for the convention. The vendor hall hours are as follows:
Saturday: 11 am – 7 pm
Sunday: 10 am – 6 pm

If you are interested in an author table, please email vendors.liwho@gmail.com. Author tables are $100 but space is limited this year.

If you are interested in buying a quarter page ad in our program book, the cost will be $75. You may do this if you buy a table at the convention or you are unable to attend but want to still promote your business. If you are interested in doing this email vendors.liwho@gmail.com.

You can pay by two methods: PayPal (gallifreyanevents@gmail.com) or by mailing a check to Gallifreyan Events inc. (160 1st Street #661, Mineola, NY 11501)

This year we have a block of hotel rooms, in the host hotel, set aside just for vendors at the discount rate of $129 per night plus tax.
